(BM&FBovespa: RSID3; OTC: RSRZY), one of the largest residential real estate developers in Brazil, announces its preliminary results for the second quarter and first six months of 2012, related to accounting adjustments, given that auditors did not concluded the revision yet.

Financial Highlights

2Q12

• Net Revenue of R$795 million;
• Gross Income of R$233 million with gross margin of 29,3%;
• Reduction of 23% in Selling Expenses from 2Q11;
• EBITDA of R$207 million, with EBITDA Margin of 26%;
• Net income of R$ 51 million;

1H12

• Net Revenue of R$1,6 billion;
• Gross Income of R$488 million, with Gross Margin of 30%;
• EBITDA of R$374 million, with EBITDA Margin of 23%;
• Net Income of R$114 million;
