São Paulo, April 27, 2012 – Rossi Residencial S.A. (BM&FBovespa: RSID3; OTC: RSRZY), a leading Brazilian real estate developer and builder, announces to its shareholders that the Annual Shareholders Meeting held on April 27, 2012, approved the payment of dividends for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, in the amount of R$80,685,000.00 (eighty million, six hundred eighty-five thousand), or R$0.3070225 per common share. The dividends will be credited into account by Banco Bradesco S/A on June 29, 2012. Shareholders of record on April 27, 2012 will be entitled to receive the dividends, and the stock will trade ex-dividends as from April 30, 2012.
